Brief description of the business
Description of the operational business	The adinotec AG with registered office in Griesheim (Germany) is active in the development, production, and marketing of innovative technology products as well as in the patent and license business. The Company carries out research and development for the practical application of various products in the nanotechnology range. The potentials of possible applications comprise the pharmaceutical industry, medical products and dietary foodstuffs as well as various industrial applications, road construction and the road redevelopment. The Company was established in December 2004 and has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in the Entry Standard segment since January 2006.
Description of the divisions	The enterprise can basically be subdivided into two divisions; on the one hand the division for dietary foodstuffs for special medical purposes (balanced diets) as well as medical devices and medicines and on the other hand the division for industrial applications.
Description of the products	Dietary foodstuff for the indications rheumatism and joint inflammations are in development; likewise, a dietary foodstuff for abating the side effects of chemotherapy. In the medicine range, a gel against neurodermatitis as well as a further gel for wound healing is undergoing the approval procedure. The Company offers soil stabilisation products for road construction and road redevelopment.
